Change Is Ever BecomingDo you give much time to the question of where life is taking you?. Most of us happily spend more time planning our next vacation than we do the next 5 years of our lives. There is nothing wrong with this, especially if we are independently wealthy. The trouble is, few of us can afford the luxury of not looking. What do you intend to do with the rest of your life? Will you spend it looking for Nirvana, the ultimate mate, the ideal guru, the perfect job, the lottery, or something in-between? I prefer to spend my life in the area of something in-between. Over and over we hear how it is supposed to be negative, tough and a losing proposition. Baloney. Life is positive, good, full of meaning and purpose. It is a priceless gift to experience. Life isn't hard, it isn't tough, and it is a winning proposition. The word "Buddha" means wise one. One of his 4 noble truths tells us that life contains difficulties. This means we need to put out energy to get what we want. And there is nothing wrong with that. Keep a loving picture in your mind of what you want, and in time the universe will respond.
