Prosperity is about LearningIn my journey down the path of finding a path with heart, I eventually stopped calling myself a "grownup." I did this because grownup was the last thing I was in many ways. So I began calling myself a "growing-up." Eventually, I learned to just describe myself as an adult, a person physically bigger and further along in years in relation to those born say, less than 15 years ago. Learning, like the rest of life, is a dynamic affair. It isn't about spending years of time or pots of money to get a degree, or whatever. There is a huge difference between clever and intelligent. Education and learning are very separate things. I've known some very clever people who refused to learn anything, and some very learned people with little formal education. Learning is about extracting what we need from what we do and experience, and making it our own. Learning in this way creates knowledge of self, and such knowledge is power. It's a power that comes from inside - and you know you can do whatever needs to be done. The wonderful paradox is that by such learning we get knowledge, and so, with knowledge, we naturally want to learn more, so we can acquire more power. The one lovingly creates the other. Knowledge is far more powerful, and useful, than money. A fundamental principle of real prosperity is the attitude: "No matter what happens, I'm learning something useful from it."
