Okay, All This A Path With Heart Talk Is Very Nice, Where Do I Start?

You start right where you are, with the tools you already possess, and you start putting one foot in front of the other. Every time you fall down, make sure you get up again, and repeat the one foot in of the other routine until you reach your goal.

In the beginning, you will fall down a lot. Sometimes, it'll be through self-sabotage, other times by way of genuine mistakes.

As you move along, and as you grow, new tools will be made available for you. They just seem to appear out of nowhere, although they must come from somewhere...

As far as the path to follow is concerned, this little story illustrates where to find it. A young lady, weighed down by grief and sorrow, sought an audience with a highly respected Zen master, hoping for some answers as to finding her path.

He listened attentively, then he smiled, leaned forward and pointed straight at her heart. He said, very gently, "You are the path!"
And she suddenly saw the way to go.
