How Come Numerology Isn't More Popular?

I'm not sure I know. Here in the west, we do live in such a way that things outside of ourselves are made out to be more interesting. Take the fascination with space exploration as an example. We've been to the moon and mars, while we don't seem able to take a look inside our own culture's values.

And numbers have a reputation for being dry, and boring, and only for the cone heads of the world.

Our culture teaches us to take so much for granted, and to look outside ourselves for our answers, when really the answers lie inside ourselves.

Things are slowly turning around though. As more and more of us find nothing but emptiness in the "good life," it's coming full circle to where we're looking inside instead.
