Will I Get Married/When Will I Get Married?

I was doing a reading for a chap once when he asked me this question. The answer "I don't know, will you?" drifted silently across my mind. Of course, I didn't say that out loud, and we ended up talking about how a relationship and marriage appear as a result of desire for one or both on the part of both people.

Certainly, there are times in our lives when the prospects of starting, improving upon, or ending a relationship or marriage are far stronger than other times. So much depends on attitude. One lady came to me several times with the name and birth date of this new, exciting man she'd met, and wanted to know their level of compatibility. Usually, there was a good level of harmony. And she always showed up when the vibrations in her life were focused on relationship.

It didn't take me long, though, to see that this was a kind of revolving door situation for her. The situation would get to a certain level of intimacy, and she'd get scared, and something would "happen" to end the relationship.

Finally though, one chap was more persistent than the others had been, and he confronted her about this. He did it firmly and gently, and she became aware of what she'd been doing. She chose to change her thoughts, and they've been together happily for a couple of decades now.
