The Number 1 Cycle

Description: In this Cycle, the purpose is to develop your individuality as much as possible. The idea is to reach out for independence, develop your own resources, and stand on your own two feet. Leaning on friends and family will bring only failure.

Part of your task in this Cycle is to remove fear and uncertainty from your life, have the courage of your convictions, and forge ahead with new and progressive things. You are required to use the powers of originality, creativity and innovation that are present inside you. It is your task to call them forth, and make them work for you.

You will be led to into the kind of activities that require, even demand, individual effort on your part, if you are to succeed. If you are successful, you will find you have become, so to speak, 'indispensable' to the people and organizations you have come into contact with along the way.

As the first Cycle, 1 can be difficult, as the child is not yet independent and self-sustaining. The result is usually a feeling of isolation, and the repression, by authority figures, of the very qualities that need to be encouraged and developed.

The best place to find the 1 is as the middle Cycle. As the last Cycle, it can also be a busy time, as the requirement is activity and effort - although this is not necessarily a bad thing.
