1. Your Challenges
Part of the job as human beings is to work on "growing" ourselves.
There are four Challenges to be dealt with during our lives. For some of us, the same challenge is repeated, while others have different issues to deal with.
The Challenges influence us during different periods of our lives. The exception to this is the Third or Main Challenge, which lasts the whole life through. Knowing the challenge number is worth its weight in gold.

2. Your Pinnacles
There are four, long-term periods on your Life Path. Each Pinnacle represents a particular issue you are working on. Your Pinnacles reveal the general conditions and events you will experience during the period.
You can prepare yourself for the experiences ahead by knowing your approaching Pinnacle number. The exact date depends on your Life Path number and is included in your forecast.

3. Your Cycles
There are three divisions of our lives:
- The First finds us looking for our true nature. As we grow, we learn to cope with the influence our family or origin had on us.
- The Second period brings about the emergence of our individual and creative talents.
- The final Cycle can represent a flowering of our inner being, that our true nature has finally come to blossom. It is during this period that we have the greatest degree of self-expression and power.

4. Your Transit Numbers
These are the individual letters of your name that combine to form the Essence, which is the number that reveals a great deal about your year ahead. Each letter has a specific duration and influence over the course of your life.

5. Your Essence Number
This describes the influences you will deal with during that year. It gives guidance on how you can be most successful during the year. It describes which attitudes will move you ahead, and which ones will be less effective.

6. Your Personal Month
This describes the influences you will deal with during each month of that year. Think of the cycle of the month as a cycle of 9 within the year. It gives you added guidance on how you can be most successful during the year.

7. Your Personal Day
This describes the influences you will deal with during each day of that year. It gives you "hands on" guidance on how to be most successful on a daily basis during the year.
